It's my last competition this was the first time I was able to use oak to cook with. The difference in the flavor is amazing. We complain I would have is trying to find it. The availability is very rare so when you do see this product make sure that you snatch it up!!!!

I use this wood in my offset smoker. It's makes easy work of controlling a long low and slow cook. I love to use this on anything pork!
