The Toasted Sesame Rice Vinegar is great for sauces. I used it to make a sweet and sour sauce by combining it with orange juice and coconut aminos along with some garlic. I also used to make salad a dressing. I highly recommend it and will continue to use it when especially preparing Asian Cuisine.
