The order was seamless as far as delivery time. The problem was the phone looks like a 800pound gorilla sat on it. The phone was in excellent shape but the battery is junk now I have to replace the battery I guess u get what u paid for unfortunately I should’ve just paid for a brand new phone I would have the same amount of money very disappointing

My phone came with a 78% battery life so luckily I got a 2 year warrenty so I am able to get a new battery cause right now it doesnt stay charged very long so thats annoying specially after spending 300 bucks but guess thats what we get when we buy refurbished.
