I read labels! I use Great Value cocoa to lower my blood pressure. I'm always looking for low or no sodium, some potassium, and depending on the product maybe fiber or calcium.

The price was good, but one of the cans was smashed by the 3 cases of can dog food that was packed with it . There was cocoa powder all over everything!

Good deal on fresh, good tasting unsweetened cocoa powder. I use this to make hot chocolate milk with splenda, for a low sugar dark chocolate drink. My daughter mixes it with canned coconut milk and monkfruit sweetener to make her coffee creamer.
