I made this delicious banana bread in my bread machine. Fantastic! Already have purchased another box for a repeat soon. Instead of nuts, I added Great Grains cereal to make the bread a little more wholesome. I imagine oven results would be equally good.

I love banana bread but I dont have the time or skills to bake it from scratch. This mix is the best! the taste and texture are perfect. It never last long in my house, its a snack, breakfast and sometimes dessert. Plus, it's easy to make - win-win for me.
