The flavor of the tea isn't bad but when I tried to drink it hot it caused me to have cramps and a bit of nausea. I ended up making iced raspberry leaf tea and it's so much better.

Used this during my last trimester of pregnancy to help with labor. It definitely helped. I was only in labor for 4 hours and only pushed for 30 minutes. I had 0 tearing as well. Definitely will use again with the next baby.

Really enjoy the taste of this tea. I have no idea if it really gives any benefit grand scheme of things for labor, but it's become a soothing, nostalgic ritual with my pregnancies in the third trimester.
