Love the Cinnamon toast crunch , I don't know about any of the other flavors, but the Cinnamon. Of course its not like eating the regular brand which is loaded with sugar. This Catalina Crunch has ZERO added sugar. I love it. I don't eat with milk. I eat it as a snack instead of chips etc.
