I bought this spice because I was looking for something with a smoky flavor. I love it. Just the right amount of pepper and smoke flavor. A little goes a long way. It's even good on salads. This one's a keeper.

This salt and cracked pepper seasoning is the best! We used it on a brisket and it was amazing! We covered the meat well. You would think it would end up hot, but it renders out leaving you wonderful flavor!
