OMG the best candy EVER! The tasty outer shell coats a decent sized drop of caramel. It is not runny stuff or hard, just soft inside. The outer candy shell also prevents the caramel from getting stuck on your tooth when you bite into the candy. This way you can enjoy the inside on your tongue...
