Shake this up and it is ready to work for you. Each flavor is a nice light smoothie type of drink and goes down super easy a kid cant even tell their drinking something good for them. Flavors are perfect and refreshing each time. 1 a day keeps digestive problems away. Maybe even 2, their that good.
