These are wonderful and an excellent palate cleanser between all of the meats and cheeses we had at Christmas. They are vinegary and sour, and the sourness quickly dissipates. And, the crunch! Oh, the crunch is delightful. These would be wonderful on a cheese or charcuterie board.
