I wish the cookies were the larger size they once made. great for snack, add to banana pudding etc many other uses crumbed and used as a crust or layer in a parfait. great vanilla taste at least that has not changed.

Nilla wafers have been around for as long as I can remember . Will be using it as a base for a strawberry (which are now in season) dessert. They are always used for the crust part of the dish and hold up well. Plus, they're also good to just eat out of hand when you want something sweet - don't ...
