These are not salty like Seaweed chips. I use these to make a variety of rolls and wraps. they are the perfect size. You can even use them to make and actual sushi roll. you can mix and match all kinds of ingredients.

Some bags are a hit or a miss. Most of the times they come crisp and fresh. Every once in a while I get a bag that is a bit soft unfortunately. However, it is a great source of natural iodine and b12.

It is enjoyable and great for sushi but it has holes that end up causing the nori to tear when rolling or cutting sushi. The only other negative is that it is vegan.
