We use this to reheat pizza in the skillet and to make sure freshly cooked pasta doesn't stick together in a big ball. It has a great mild flavor.

I love this spray. Its so nice to be able to better control the amount of olive oil being used. I think we all have a tendency of over estimating a serving size and when you are using a spray it gives you the ability to cover an area thinly but thoroughly without using too much.

This definitely is easier to use than using the large bottles of olive oil, beats using small bottles of olive oil, no mess like the refillable glass olive oil dispensers, and it's better than sprays like Pam because it has NO propellants!!! I use to spray veggies before roasting them in the oven. Less mess than tossing veggies in olive oil prior to roasting. It is more costly in the spray format but it worth the time saved in clean up. Sprays easily for even distribution. Good quality and sold at the best price at Walmart.

Not a big fan I had to use more then they suggest. It dries up pretty fast when cooking. So it doesn't have a great value. The only good thing is it has a good flavor to it
