    Do not read this book. It does not deliver on its title of teaching you when to quit. What he does go over repeatedly is obvious. He also makes being the best an either or type option. I disagree because many times there is no definitive best. Also often being good enough is a better option. Over...

    I found this book disappointing. I've read his other work and found that inspiring, but this book was so shallow and obvious I could barely be bothered finishing it.

    I learned nada from this small book. The author talks about being stuck in a cul-de-sac or pushing through a dip, but he never tells you how to determine which is which. So am I in a dip and I need to push through? Or am I in a cul-de-sac that I should abandon? Very unhelpful.

    The book has good information but you have to dig for it though a lot of data about how the brain works and education systems, which are interesting, but really distracting from what the main scope of the book should be, and that is how to improve your emotional intelligence.
