Love this video. Was hesitant about buying one with kickboxing moves, but they are comfortable moves (for someone who has had back surgery). They are not extreme moves like some videos have. Denise is good to teach steps individually and then put them all together.

I couldn't believe how difficult and challenging this workout was. I've done some of Denise's other workouts in the past and this one has definitely kicked up the level a notch or two or three... I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a challenge!
