i planted the root ball. it has never sprouted., im very disappointed! Now i cant find any info to get hold of the seller. The plant is guaranteed to grow, but its not.

my clematis did great. I started them in pots inside, and planted them outside in early April. The cold nights didn't bother them, and they are looking fine.
