Working well for my knee. The neoprene fabric keeps my knee warm and the patellar hole in the sleeve helps keep my kneecap aligned. I use it mostly for walking. It is very comfortable and certainly one of the better knee supports I have used.

Exceptional support for a sleeve. I bought this as a sleeve with an open patella but didn't expect it to provide so much support. This is an excellent sleeve and it stays in place. Very well constructed.
