I bought this a few weeks ago and have used it everyday as a floor work out mat. It is very comfortable to work on and will not tear apart like other floor mats when using sneakers.

We bought this for fitness training. We were destroying yoga mats with our running shoes. This one is really tough. We can jump on it, stretch, use weights, it just is really tough. Also, it folds easily for storage. Great buy.

It's tough, durable and the cushioning is dense, not soft, so you don't sink in and get tripped up. I can do push-ups and its wide enough for my hands to stay on the mat.
