Looks like this item was a returned item by another customer. Parts were missing due to which I could not complete the assembly.

When it arrived it was missing a section of one of the poles. Ridiculous! Couldn't even set it up to play! Had a small function so we had to improvise and tie one side to a ladder

This set came packaged well. All the pieces were protected. The instructions were clear. One of the rackets came apart after playing a few rounds, but super glue fixed it right up and it's held together fine since. That's the reason for 4 stars and not 5. It has rained and the wind has blown lots...
