The best premade protein shakes ever. These do not disappoint! The concept is to use these later in the day/before bed for support to help a healthy sleep routine. They are GF and low fat, 90 calories per bottle and only 10gm of carbohydrates. 7 grams of fiber and 2 gm sugar.
