I'd like to have a nutritious tasty breakfast but for busy days I prefer a quick one. Kellogg's Special K Protein Chocolate Mocha Cafe, is exactly what I want. It's tasty & nutritious and along with some fruits perfect for starting a good day. I <3 its taste.

For a protein shake these are pretty decent. They seem to be really smooth compared to the others, and they just seem to go down easier for me. That bad part is that my store never has them any longer and I have to order them on line and shipped to me. I really hope they are not getting ready ...

These shakes are absolutely delicious. I drink one every morning. I put in freezer for a few minutes to get really cold. When I get low on supply and cannot locate them, I go on a full-out search online. Walmart has always been great to carry them and I get them shipped for free.
