Amazing device, perfect size to use around the small muscles!

This ball is the perfect size and with the vibration can get deeper into the muscle than a std lacrosse ball. I just wish the on/off switch was recessed more to avoid the button being set off on a yoga mat.

The vibration allows me to extend my rolling and it provides the right amount of massage to my muscles....

Do I need this? No. Do I love it? Absolutely. I've got lower back pain, so this is fabulous for rolling out my hips, glutes, back, and even shoulders! Also, it feels great to press your foot down on. Did I mention that it's super easy to travel with? All around great product.
