These are fantastic for when your cramps are the worst but you gotta be on the move. Dropping kids off at school, going to work, running errands, whatever your day looks like, these are fantastic and really do heat up enough to help calm cramps!

These heat patches work great for me with aches and pains. Or just to add a little extra warmth when it's cold. This size works well for me on several areas of my body. Arm, pelvic area, back, arm or leg. Kind of don't want to be without them. They help with discomfort.

These work great, but I will say if you're using these for period cramps I've found the back version of this product gets warmer and holds its heat better. This product is still good if you're looking for a mild warmth.
