These aren't cheap, but if you're dieting and trying to lose weight and need a sweet treat, this is the one! Especially heated up…. Oh man it is good!

What a treat! This is a new staple for me! Love the 20g of protein and 9g of fiber. Big help in my diet. Wish it wasn't so expensive....I'd have one everyday.

So I was skeptical, especially to spend $10 on something I didn't know if I would even eat.. but wow! These are so good! I had VSG surgery and need a lot of protein in small portions, these are a great help!

These are surprisingly tasty. I recommend heating them for 40-60 secs in the microwave depending on your wattage. Hits the spot when you can't have a real Cinnabon.
