My only purpose was to use this to add fragrance to my dryer balls. However, after learning that it can be added to a diffuser and humidifier for coughs/colds and reducing stress, I'm excited it has healthy benefits although its not to be ingested or applied topically.

This has so many uses, but I love adding drops to organic sweet almond oil for a scalp massage or to use as body oil. This is also great for my diffuser and spreads the smell evenly throughout the house!
