I was skeptical buying a menthol/gel item, only cause it's new to me, but this works NOTICEABLY better, faster and for longer than regular Orajel. It numbed the whole one side of my tongue!

I have braces and the wires like to cut into my gums and it leaves painful holes in my cheeks. I grabbed one of these and applied as directed and I instantly felt relief! I will always recommend Orajel!
