I live on the Florida Panhandle and flashlights that work are NECESSARY. Here is an inexpensive, plug-and-forget rechargeable that every house and apt should have at LEAST one.

Pros: - Inexpensive. - Does not need batteries. - Easy to charge. - Great size. - Easy to handle. Cons: - Since it does not use batteries, you run the risk of having a low battery if not charged before a blackout. - The light is not too strong in the dark.
