The steps seem fine but there is a design flaw that made me return them. The sand needed for ballast is poured directly into the steps frame. This make the steps heavy to lift into the pool and even heavier to drag out. Maybe there is a way around this but I don't have the patience to look for one.

the instructions left alot to be desired. i followed the instructions and as i got to the top of the steps ihad to cut the risers because they spread the steps out so the y wouldnt fit. other than that ilike them.

First of all they said it would take 10 business days to arrive but it got here less than 5 so that was awesome but when it arrived the box was extremely beat up and torn apart with tape all over. Box showed up all beat up and open. Directions were not very detailed. Seems sturdy by haven't put them in the pool because they float. Still need to put sand in them.
