The beads freeze quickly and last for about 20-30 minutes. (About as long as it should be applied anyway) The size is good for most areas plus the item has a fleeced side so you don't need to wrap it in cloth.

It's very basic and does the job. I can't complain, it has never popped or leaked. Stays hot or cold for a limited time but that's to be expected. Overall good for the price. We keep a couple in the freezer at all times for bumps and bruises.

Lots of times we are told to place a frozen bag of peas on an injury. Save those peas and grab one of these reusable cold (or hot) gel beads. Freezes quickly and stays flexible and has a nice soft cover on one side. What a great product!
