      Very heavy (so make sure you have help getting it in the window). but definitely cooled down our apartment from 100 degrees to 72 (where we set it) without issue. Did bend my window a bit and was a little confusing to put together, but overall I'm happy to have it and not be melting in my house. ...

      This items was indistinguishable from a new air conditioner out of the box. It took only about 15 minutes to install and the instructions were very easy. I was very happy with the amount of cooling this unit provided and it is so convenient to be able to plug the unit into a regular wall socket.
