I was disappointed that the tape dispenser was so lightweight. My sole purpose for using a dispenser is to keep my hands free, however this dispenser is so light that you'll need one hand to hold it from moving while you dispense the tape.

Description of item as well as photo does say its 1 depenser and 1 roll of tape. Ours came with no tape.

Now I have to go stand in line at customer service for a refund over a $5 tape dispenser. Everything is made/packaged so poorly these days. Over it.
