Seems to be decent quality. I only use it for my dog's tag, so it never seems heavy loads from leash walking like the harness does.

Seems nice it's also reflective and will not fit a regular small dog it would probably be too tight even on the last notch you can put it to but definitely is perfect for any dog under 10 lbs bc I have a miniature type Chihuahua and it fits great ! Nice color also (:
