IF YOU HAVE A DOG THAT DOES NOT LIKE A BATH YOU NEED THIS. I HAVE ONE THAT DOES NOT LIKE A BATH HE WILL LEAN UP AGAINST THE SHOWER WALL SO THAT YOU CAN NOT GET TO THAT SIDE. WITH THIS I CAN REACH ALL AROUND HIM. IT MAKE IT SO MUCH EASIER FOR ME AND MY BACK.

The product is good, I have 2 huge labs that happen to be cold water sissies unless it's a muddy pond. Hooked it up in the utility shower with a floor drain...works well if you need one hand to control animal and one to wash! Gets thru to the undercoat.
