I bought both Shimmer and Shine for my 4 year old and her cousin. They love the costumes. They fit big. Comes with bangles and hair piece.

I returned it. The actual size was 3-4 but the sizing chart when I bought it did not provide size in age/numbers. It was awesome though, and my daughter was sad that she didn't get to keep it.
