At first it makes a cracking sound when it oscillates which is the main function that I use in this. Then few days later that sound disappears. I am glad I dont have to return this. We all like the white noise it makes and even the five year old naps again.

So far, I love this fan! Today I finally got to use it, and I'm very surprised how powerful it actually is. Not to mention, how quiet it is. I highly recommend this powerful, space saving gem.

I am seriously in love with this fan. I love the sleek look, and the amount of air it blows on low is perfect for my living room. Also it's pretty quiet so I can hear the tv just fine. I feel like buying a couple more and storing them for later in case this one dies and they quit making them!
