We use this paste all the time! It's great for the really red sensitive rashes my son gets. You do have to pat or air dry for it to work well since it basically seals the skin. It's really thick and doesn't run. We will keep buying this until our kiddo is out of diapers!

This stuff is a miracle worker. Got rid of my baby's diaper rash after just a few uses. It does have a bit of a scent which I don't mind too much but that should be mentioned incase you are sensitive to smells.
