My guests like to break the glide tightening knob but Grohe store has been great in ordering replacement parts. Better than my local plumbing parts dealer.

So happy to have found a replacement for this part. Would have been very expensive to replace the entire shower bar.

Replaced existing Glide Element that was no longer holding the showerhead in position. Shipped and arrived quickly. Easy to take off existing piece and replace with new one. Only thing is that we are disappointed that the original Glide Element lasted approx. 7yrs (with daily use).
