Love the winter traction and summer handling characteristics of these tires. For dedicated snow tires they are the best out there giving you the best of both worlds. Most winter tires don't handle and these give you some summer feel even though it is winter.

I never thought the difference between and all season tire and a winter tire would be so huge. I wish I would have tried the Alpins years ago. Driving in Wisconsin or any other snow state during winter, is much more enjoyable and confidence inspiring when my car is equiped with the Michelin alpin...
