Bought this swing before our baby was born a month ago. Worked after we put it together and then when we went to put the baby in it for the first time, it will not swing now. Do not have the receipt or box. Very disappointed in this product! Will not be buying any more ingenuity products.

Bought this but the vibrating box was missing from the box so can only use it to swing. Store has sincw closed so unable to contact them to sort out. Extremely disappointed considering the pricetag.

I bought the swing and the bouncer and both went out and stop working in less then a year ! A waste of my hard working money. I will never be purchasing their products again
