International Silver Hoopla Frost 20-piece Stainless Flatware Set

My husband and I received the 45 piece set with the wire caddy as a wedding present about 4 months ago. After washing the set only a couple of times, we started to notice a lot of rust spots. This seems to be a fairly frequent occurrence with this set, so we will not be using them again.

I've had this set for a couple months and so far they are holding up fine. I'm just disappointed that I didn't notice that there are no serving pieces. I like the pattern but there is no hostess serving set.
