Tabs that secure the gray inner plastic pieces broke within 2 months of setting it up. Since it wasn't set up right away (hadn't moved yet), I can't get a replacement. So now it doesn't work as intended, with the gray pieces holding the trash bag. or as a regular trash bin.

It was delivered without the lid ! I'm 65 high risk for Covid and didn't want to go in the store so I ordered on line. now I have to go in to return it. So disappointed that you would allow your employees to send it out like that.

I got this trash can because it was cheap and wanted one with a step to open the lid. In figuring out how to get the lid to open with the step, the piece of the bin holding the lid in place snapped off. Couldn't even last one full use. So now I just have a regular trash bin that does not open wit...
