when I say I love this chair I love this chair, for 1 it actually looks like the picture. it's big and soft, perfect for sitting at my makeup table and supports my heavy butt. I have absolutely no complaints at all, that's why I gave it 5 stars(oh and it came fast)...i recommend this chair 100%
