These are as described. I use some drawers for clothing, some for papers - if they don't get too heavy. Plastic, so only as strong as plastic, but easy to move, very convenient, and a good price versus similar items I've seen.

Ordered four sets. Feel price was excellent for the set of two carts. Want to organize a room with paperwork, decorating items, etc. Easy to put in a container then shove in a closet - never to be found. With these carts, items are visible! Therefore, easy to locate. These have been perfect.
