My Magellan navigator died after fifteen minutes of data entry and I had to return it. Magellan support was pretty good in diagnosising that it was dead and is sending me a new unit. I would like to know why it died so quickly

Advertised as a 7" screen but is a 5" screen. Returned for refund and bought 7" from magellan factory online store.

Appreciate the updated GPS and also the free updates. Haven't had much opportunity to use it, as I am still learning how. the ease in ordering it and picking it up was also appreciated.

I always buy Magellan, always have, always will, it is the best brand by far if you need to make routes with several different address's and few brands have that feature!
