Nice looking laptop but wasn't under the impression that it's a internet based computer. So if you don't have wifi you can't even log on to the computer to do anything. That's my only con about it. It's google based. I'll be returning this item

Freezes all the time and the touch screen and mouse are way too sensitive. Don't buy, you will be very fustrated. I have had this for over a year

I am not tech savvy but this computer was eAsy. Just make sure your printer is compatible mine was not because of it running on chrome os
