This was purchased for my son for school. He hasn't been able to use it because the wifi will not connect. Spent hours on the phone trying To fix but Still not working! Waste of money! No one has a solution that works.

Problems straight out of the box. Wouldn't connect to wifi. Contacted customer support and received great customer service thought after being on the phone for almost 2 hours the problem is still not fixed, even after a factory reset. Verry disappointed!

In value for the money but disappointed with video quality and many of the drivers needed to be loaded to get the device (e.g DVD ROM) to work. Purchased for my 11 year old so she can do her homework, hopefully it will last long enough to get her into high school.
