There are no patch cord hookups. You have to spend about $60 on electronic equipment to be able to run the sound from the TV to the stereo. Other than that it is a good product.

I bought two of these as Christmas presents and both of my adult kids love the way it sound. I purchased these base on the customer review and I'm glad I did. Can't beat the price compare to other systems. Happy Sony customer. I only wished that there were multiple CD changer.
