That's what my daughter said when she saw this plant. Doesn't look like picture as it isn't as full as it looks. Looks more like a topiary with tufts of leaves! Sending it back. Very ugly.

The actual product does not look quite as good as the photograph on line. Our sample has fewer branches that appear shorter and bare spaces along the trunk. We elected not to display it at our home, but will use it in a commercial office - in a dark corner. It's not totally unacceptable, just ...
