We ordered this online and picked it up at the store. When we opened it at home, the liquid was all milky.It was disappointing because we had waited so long for it.

This lava lamp was really foggy so I returned it and bought one elsewhere. I read that rough shipping and handling can cause the fogged up liquid so maybe they should be more careful!

The lava lamp did not work as advertised, Clear liquid was cloudy and did not clear up. The light is also too bright at the base. The product was returned to store for a refund. I ordered a blue liquid with yellow wax as a replacement.

The Lava Lamp arrived with cloudy water @ must be returned. The next should arrive fine.
